Maintenance and Management of Tank Liquid
When the impurities exceed a certain limit, the high current parts will appear dull or perforated, and the low current parts will turn white without rough coating. At this time, only 0.5mL/L hydrogen peroxide (30%) needs to be added, followed by 1-2g/L zinc powder and activated carbon. After thorough stirring, let it settle and then remove the cylinder foot to restore normal operation.
Alternatively, the WZN acidic impurity remover from Aobang Company can be used: 1-2g/L can be placed in a filter machine for circulating filtration, and the effect is good! No need to clean the cylinder.
After the plating solution is treated, it is recommended to add 1/5 of the opening amount of softener and brightener.
