R·G-336 High-Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Plating
Performance & Features
DS 336 is a bright electroless nickel plating process that produces uniform, bright high-phosphorus nickel alloy coatings. It is applicable to various substrates including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloy and certain non-conductive substrates.
Coatings from DS 336 meet the following requirements:
- Excellent corrosion resistance in acidic environments;
- Salt spray resistance up to 1000 hours;
- Passes nitric acid test;
- Coatings feature compressive stress;
- Non-magnetic deposits;
- High bath stability and long service life;
- Superior rust prevention performance.
