R·G-200A Nickel Sealer (Chromate-Free Passivation Sealer)
Performance & Features
R·G-200A belongs to electroplating post-passivation series for improving corrosion protection, specially designed for automotive industry. For zinc coating thickness over 10 μm, it achieves over 500 hours salt spray resistance before red rust appears.
- Hexavalent-chromium-free Triazur blue passivation sealer;
- Compatible with yellow zinc and olive drab passivation films;
- Passes thermal cycling test at 120 ℃;
- Treated surface remains colorless, removing yellow chromate film;
- After baking at 120 ℃ or 150 ℃, the coating still maintains more than 200 hours salt spray resistance.
