Performance & Features
The R·G-165 series is formulated with fully imported German raw materials. It is a hexavalent-chromium-free eco-friendly trivalent chromium passivation process applicable to manual and automatic production lines, ideal for export orders to Europe and America.
- The film forms a clear light iridescent finish. Add 180B concentrate to obtain a dark rainbow color similar to traditional hexavalent chromate passivation. This dye-free product serves as an optimal replacement for conventional hexavalent chromium passivation.
- Ultra-high corrosion resistance: over 120 hours of ASTM B-117 neutral salt spray test, highly suitable for automotive parts.
- Dense passivation film with no discoloration after passivation; heat treatment will not degrade its anti-corrosion performance.
- Simple operation and maintenance, long bath service life and low running cost.
