How the Rental Process Works

Step 2 – Receive the Return Code
After the rental begins, the system automatically generates a unique Return Code. Customers can receive it in two ways:
- Printed on a receipt
- Displayed as a QR code on the screen for mobile access
This Return Code is required when returning the racket.
Step 3 – Return the Racket
When finished, the customer enters the Return Code at the locker vending machine. The original locker assigned to that rental opens automatically, allowing the customer to place the racket back inside.
Step 4 – Automatic Rental Fee Settlement
After the locker door is closed, the system calculates the rental duration based on your pricing rules. The rental fee is deducted from the pre-authorized amount, and any remaining balance is automatically released back to the customer's payment method. If additional charges apply, the system settles the difference automatically.
