Gear box bearings: with Special design screw & barrel ,with SIEM PLC controlling system ,ABB550 inverter,SIEM motor
3. Hydraulic rapid screen changer
Hydraulic changing screen device uses structure with two pistons and two working position and with venting function. When changing screen, it can guarantee that machine is not be stopped and production speed is not reduced. It does not influence quality of product
4. Cooling water tank
High precision water tank made from specify steel material , high Wear resistance and good sliding properties.Automatically control water temperature and water level
5. the first pre-heating unit
Made up of 5 pre-heating rollers driven by gear,the oil temperature controller is equipped for controlling rollers temperature.Gear driving,driving stable,low noise.
6. Special designed Heating oven
Heating oven is used for stretching heating, it has a feature of heating fast,designed for special strong tensile strength requirement
7. Improved Second stretching unit
Consist of motor, reducer, hauling steel roller and driving gear. The oil temperature controller with digital display control meter is equipped for controlling rollers temperature. Inverter is used for controlling speed
8. Fully automatic winding machine
100% fully automatic winding machine is absolutely different with standard winder in the market, it is easy to operate and can save more labour, save production cost largely
