1.Fitted with swing arm constant tension structure and quick-disassemble air shaft, the equipment runs smoothly with outstanding output capacity.
2.The lateral constant tension guiding unit prevents strap overlapping and deviation, delivering compact, neat coils with consistent tension all the way.
Straps of 9–32mm width and 0.5–1.4mm thickness can be processed by this PET strapping winder, which matches standard 406 paper cores.
The max outer diameter of finished coils is 800mm, and both cored and coreless winding modes are available. All finished reels maintain even
tension without offset or collapse. This machine integrates automatic wrapping, cutting, winding and conveying functions, and an optional
palletizer can be installed to support unattended continuous production.
Internal Protection: Secure movable internal parts with cable ties, reinforced with stretch film. Vulnerable areas wrapped with corrugated cartons or foam to prevent collision damage.
Outer Packaging: Complete equipment covered with thick PE protective sleeve, fastened tightly with strapping bands to resist impact and vibration. Packed in export-grade wooden cases.
Markings: Clear forklift positions and placement directions marked on cases with warning labels to prevent handling damage.
Accessories: Includes product certificate, packing list, and separately packed spare parts and components.
Final Inspection: Quality inspectors conduct final checks against export standards before shipment.
