1.Adopting swing arm constant tension mechanism and quick release air shaft, the equipment operates stably with great production output.
2.The side type constant tension guiding unit can effectively avoid strap stacking and shifting, ensuring compact, orderly finished reels with steady winding tension throughout the whole process.
Internal Protection: Secure movable internal parts with cable ties, reinforced with stretch film. Vulnerable areas wrapped with corrugated cartons or foam to prevent collision damage.
Outer Packaging: Complete equipment covered with thick PE protective sleeve, fastened tightly with strapping bands to resist impact and vibration. Packed in export-grade wooden cases.
Markings: Clear forklift positions and placement directions marked on cases with warning labels to prevent handling damage.
