Model PPSA-LM PP strapping coiler is professionally designed for conventional PP strapping production lines. It works with straps 8–18mm wide and 0.4–1.4mm thick, matching paper cores of 200mm inner diameter, and custom core sizes are offered upon request.It has a maximum winding outer diameter of 550mm, and winding speed can be freely adjusted between 50 and 300 m/min. The built-in constant tension winding structure effectively stops strap offset and loose, deformed coils.Equipped with PLC intelligent touch screen control system, the machine is easy to operate. All key parts are supplied by leading brands to deliver consistent winding tension and tidy finished rolls.
