Product Overview
The PS-PET-D80 palletizing system is a high-efficiency automatic palletizing solution specially developed for PET strapping roll production lines. It adopts a bi-directional dual-line palletizing mode with a maximum load of 80kg, suitable for strap rolls with an inner diameter of 406±1mm and an outer diameter of 600mm–1300mm. Equipped with Inovance control and inverter system and MCGS touch screen, the equipment features stable operation and simple human-machine interaction. With 15kW rated power and 0.6–0.8MPa working pressure, the system supports long-term continuous unmanned operation, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing manual stacking costs.
