This series is specifically designed for the front and rear wheel arches of the BYD Qin PLUS DM-i. It is a protective and soundproof component installed between the body sheet metal and the tire above each wheel—the fender liner assembly (also known as the wheel arch liner). Acting as a "close-fitting shield" for the wheels, the fender liner directly withstands mud splash and gravel impact during driving, blocking mud from corroding the body sheet metal, reducing tire rolling noise, and protecting wiring harnesses inside the wheel arch. It is a critical component for ensuring body durability and driving comfort.

The BYD Qin PLUS DM-i features a MacPherson strut front suspension and torsion beam rear suspension, with compact front and rear wheel arch structures. The original fender liner material is relatively soft, and some owners have reported issues such as liner softening and sagging, loose retaining clips, and detached soundproofing felt after long-term use. This product is developed and manufactured strictly according to BYD OEM technical standards, offering two material options: upgraded thick PP hard plastic version (durable protection type) and composite felt soundproof version (quiet comfort type), meeting various repair and modification needs.
