The 2025 BYD Qin PLUS DM-i (Generation 2) features upgraded exterior dimensions, measuring 4780mm × 1837mm × 1515mm—an increase of 15mm in length and 20mm in height compared to the previous model. The new model adopts a completely new exterior design language: the headlights are more streamlined and sharper, the trim across the emblem has been changed from chrome to a sleek black finish, the front grille trim has been redesigned, and an active grille shutter system has been added. In the fender area, the new model features an added camera array to accommodate the intelligent driving system, with vertical guide slots designed on both sides of the grille at the fender positions to improve aerodynamic performance.
