Installation Instructions

• Plastic clip removal tool

• Socket wrench / Impact wrench

• Torque wrench

• Cleaning cloth

•  Soft cloth (for surface protection when removing trim)

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Remove rear bumper bolts and clips: Remove rear bumper mounting bolts and clips—protect trim surfaces with soft cloth on tools

2. Disconnect sensor harness: Unplug rear radar and camera connectors

3. Remove old rear bumper assembly: Carefully remove the old bumper assembly—retain mounting clips

4. Clean mounting surface: Clean the rear body mounting surface and clip positions

5. Install new bumper assembly: Position the new bumper—align clip positions and mounting holes

6. Install mounting bolts and clips: Install and tighten bolts to specified torque

7. Connect sensor harness: Reconnect rear radar and camera connectors—ensure secure connection

8. Function test: Start vehicle—verify rear radar and camera functions
