BYD Formula Leopard 5 Rear Bumper Mounting Bracket (Rear Bumper Bracket / Modified Bumper Mounting Base)
This product is professionally designed for BYD’s professional personalized brand—the Formula Leopard 5, the brand’s first model, serving as a core structural support component connecting the rear bumper assembly to the vehicle frame.
As a professional manufacturing factory specializing in automotive chassis structural parts and modification components, our rear bumper mounting bracket assembly strictly follows OE specifications while also offering high-performance competition-grade options, dedicated to providing the global aftermarket with high-precision, high-strength replacement and upgrade solutions.
The rear bumper mounting bracket is the critical connector between the rear bumper and the frame. The Formula Leopard 5 OEM rear bumper features a split design, secured to the rear frame via dedicated brackets, while also supporting towing anchors and spare tire carrier installation. In high-performance upgrade solutions, brackets use thickened steel or aluminum alloy, bolted directly to the frame for enhanced support.
Compatible with all BYD Formula Leopard 5 trims (including Explorer/Navigator/YunNian/Smart Driving/Flash Charge versions). According to vehicle data, the Formula Leopard 5 measures 4890/4930×1970×1920mm with a kerb weight of 2890kg. This product includes left/right brackets and mounting hardware, with vehicle-specific design for both OEM and competition bumper fitment.

-
Sensor carrier: The rear bumper bracket features reserved mounting positions for millimeter-wave radar and lane-change radar—critical for proper driver assistance system function.
-
Expansion function foundation: The rear bumper bracket also serves as the mounting foundation for towing anchors, spare tire carriers, and other modification accessories—a core structural component of off-road modification.
