Removal & Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

• Flathead Screwdriver / Plastic Pry Tool 

• T-25 / T-30 Torx Wrench 

• Socket Wrench (8mm/10mm) 

• Torque Wrench 

• Protective Pads (for paint protection) 

 Removal Steps (General Reference) :

1. Disconnect vehicle power: Disconnect 12V battery negative terminal to prevent circuit activation 

2. Remove door trim: Use a plastic pry tool to pry the inner door panel from the edges—pay attention to harness connectors 

3. Remove door handle: Pry off decorative covers, remove mounting screws (torque ref. 5-7 N·m), take out handle assembly 

4. Disconnect harness connectors: Unplug window switch, door lock, and other harness connectors 

5. Remove hinge bolts: Remove door hinge bolts, take down the door and place vertically on a padded surface 

【Professional Tips】 :

• Use soft cloth or protective pads to protect paint during removal—avoid direct metal-to-paint contact 

• After removing hinge bolts, remove hinge connection bolts instead of mounting bolts to reduce adjustment work 

• Adjust gaps to specifications during installation—ensure smooth door operation 

• Handle screws must be torqued to 5-7N·m—over-tightening may cause plastic part deformation
