Installation Instructions

 Tools Required:

• Socket wrench / Impact wrench

• Torque wrench

• Cleaning cloth

•  Jack or lift

 Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Lift vehicle: Safely raise the vehicle using a lift or jack to provide working clearance

2. Remove OEM plates: Remove mounting bolts and take off the factory skid plates

3. Clean mounting surface: Remove dust and debris from underbody mounting areas

4. Install new plates: Align aluminum-magnesium plates with OEM holes—install in sequence (Front Cabin → Battery → Fuel Tank → Rear Motor)

5. Install mounting bolts: Install included bolts and torque to specifications

6. Check installation: Confirm all plates are securely installed with no looseness or rattling

• Installation sequence matters: Some plates require paired installation (Front Cabin I must be installed with II)—follow OEM sequence

• Old/new part numbers cannot be mixed: When replacing, old and new plates cannot be intermixed—use matching fasteners
