Properties & Application:
Used for the Mn element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting with low temperature and accurate controlling composition.
Operation Instructions:
(1) Temperature: 720~760℃
(2) Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(3) Method: Skim off the dross and put AlMn10 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 5~10 minutes.
Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---250g/pc, 25kg/carton; 1mt/pallet;
Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
