Indium cerium oxide (InCeO) targets are a new type of transparent conductive oxide target, manufactured through high-temperature sintering or hot isostatic pressing. They exhibit superior transmittance, electrical conductivity, environmental stability, and flexibility compatibility as compared with conventional ITO targets.
