Installation Precautions
Minimum Bending Radius: When laying the cable, ensure the minimum bending radius is not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
YJV / YJLV Cables: Suitable for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can be buried in loose soil. These cables cannot bear external forces.
YJV22 / YJLV22 Cables: Designed for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot承受 large tensile forces.
Important Installation Guidelines:
- Use specialized tools for cable laying, such as pay-off racks and guide rollers, to prevent mechanical damage during installation
- Keep cables away from heat sources during installation
- When laying cables through pipes, ensure the inner diameter of the pipe is not less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable
- Never squeeze the cable when passing through pipes
- The total cross-sectional area of cables should not exceed 40% of the total cross-sectional area of the pipe
