Product Specification
Hot-dip galvanized square tube is manufactured by welding steel plate or steel strip after crimping, then placing the square pipe in a hot-dip galvanizing bath where it undergoes chemical reactions to form a protective coating. Compared to cold galvanization (10-50g/㎡) which offers poor corrosion resistance unsuitable for extreme environments, hot-dip galvanized square tube provides superior appearance, strength, and mechanical performance.
