Roofing PPGI Steel Sheet Prepainted Hot Dip Galvanizing Corrugated Zinc Plated Steel
PPGI is pre-painted galvanized iron, also known as pre-painted steel, coil-coated steel, or pre-painted steel, typically using a hot-dip galvanized steel substrate. The term extends from GI, the traditional abbreviation for galvanized iron. Today, GI generally refers to substantially pure continuous hot-dip galvanized steel, as opposed to the batch immersion galvanizing process. PPGI refers to factory pre-painted galvanized steel, where the steel is painted before forming, as opposed to post-painting which is done after forming.

Standard seaworthy export packing includes 3 layers of protection: inside is kraft paper, water plastic film is in the middle, and outside GI steel sheet is covered by steel strips with lock.
- Export seaworthy packing: a water proof paper + an inhibitor film + a steel sheet cover with steel edge protectors and sufficient steel straps
