Product Description
Ordinary beams and light beams feature relatively high, narrow cross-sections, resulting in significant differences in the moment of inertia between the two main sleeves. Therefore, they are generally suitable only for components subjected to bending within their web plane or lattice stress components.
These beams should not be used for axial compression members or components with bending perpendicular to the web plane, which limits their application range. Beams should be selected and used according to the specific design requirements outlined in engineering drawings.
