Mn13 is the optimal choice for applications requiring strong resistance to impact, pressure, and material abrasion. It features unparalleled work hardening properties compared to other wear-resistant materials. Under significant impact loads or contact stress, the steel plate surface undergoes work hardening, rapidly increasing surface hardness from HB200 to over HB500, creating a highly wear-resistant surface layer while the inner austenite layer maintains excellent impact toughness.
