Product Introduction
Three-layer annular reinforcing rib disc gaskets are specially developed for the mechanical fastening of roofing with TPO and PVC polymer waterproof membranes. Featuring an integrally stamped multi-ring corrugated structure and anti-corrosive aluminum-zinc coated galvanneal steel surface, they deliver doubled deformation resistance and pull-out resistance compared with conventional flat circular gaskets. During hot-melt welding, the gaskets heat evenly without edge warping, effectively preventing membrane weld detachment and water seepage. Widely applied in steel structure workshops, cold storage facilities and roof renovation waterproofing projects, custom non-standard sizes for thickness and diameter are available upon request.
Product selling points
Three annular concave-convex ribs are integrally formed by stamping, and uniform stress is achieved via screw fastening to prevent local denting and warpage. When fixing thermal insulation rock wool or extruded polystyrene boards, this design disperses the pressure from self-drilling screws to stop the boards from being pierced and cracked, complying with construction specifications for wind uplift resistance of roofing systems.
2 Aluzinc substrate, long-term corrosion and rust resistance
Aluminum-zinc coated surface with snowflake pattern resists corrosion from roof condensation water and acid rain. Its rust resistance for outdoor applications far outperforms ordinary hot-dip galvanized gaskets. Suitable for harsh working conditions including humid factory areas in southern China and low-temperature cold storage warehouses in northern China, it extends the service life of roof waterproofing systems.
3.Compatible with hot melt welding process and features excellent welding tightness
It features a flat outer edge of the disc and a stepped slope. When hot-air welders are used to fuse coiled waterproof sheets, the sheets are fully bonded to gaskets around the entire perimeter without gaps, eliminating hidden risks of water seepage. It is a standard auxiliary material specified by the national standard for domestic TPO waterproof construction.
