Important Information
- Chargeable Weight is the greater of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight. Volume Weight is L x W x H in cm divide 5000.
- Additional Surcharges Apply RMB 2 Per KG, min RMB 30 per shipment. Leather goods, glasses, VR headsets, projectors, display screens, model aircraft and drones, add RMB 2 per KG.
- Additional Surcharges Apply RMB 3 Per KG, min RMB 80 per shipment. Automotive parts and accessories, infant and children's supplies and toys, adult products, beauty devices, add RMB 3 Per KG.
- Cut off Time is Mon to Fri: 13:30. Saturday or day before public holiday is 12:00.
- General Cargo Channel. This channel only ship general cargo.
- Tax-Inclusive Channel: Special handling; pre-issuance of waybills not accepted. Delays may occur for waybills issued after cut-off for goods arriving later.
Compensation Scheme
- We buy insurance for every shipment with commercial value more than USD400.0
- Loss and Damage during transit : Compensation according to UPS rule and insurance company rule.
Exclusions
- We assume no liability for products infringing intellectual property rights and reserve the right to claim compensation from the shipper for any losses incurred.
- No compensation for customs seizure due to undeclared goods, misdeclaration, intellectual property infringement, or locally prohibited imports. We will only assist the shipper in providing clearance documents.
- Claims involving product quality issues or certification requirements (e.g., FDA, Bluetooth) where genuine documentation cannot be provided will not be accepted.
- We assume no liability for issues arising from incomplete documentation, misdeclaration, or shipments containing anti-dumping products.
- No compensation for damage or loss caused by force majeure events (e.g., war, natural disasters).
