Seamless stainless steel round pipe is manufactured without any weld seam, created by extruding a solid billet through a mandrel to form a hollow tube. This process results in a pipe with uniform wall thickness, superior pressure resistance, and excellent structural integrity — making it the preferred choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.

Unlike welded pipes, seamless pipes have no weak points along the longitudinal seam, offering reliable performance in critical applications such as chemical processing, oil and gas transportation, power generation, and boiler systems.
