To ensure product integrity during transit, Incoloy 800 alloys are carefully packed for international transport:

1. Surface Protection Interleaving paper or PE film between sheets to prevent scratching
2. Moisture Protection VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper and waterproof wrap
3. Edge Protection Cardboard or plastic edge protectors for plates and sheets
4. Securing Heavy-duty steel or plastic strapping (2–4 straps per bundle)
5. Palletizing Export-standard, ISPM 15 certified fumigated wooden pallets
6. Pipe/Tube Packaging Individual plastic caps on ends + woven fabric wrap + steel bundles
7. Optional Waterproof shrink-wrap and corner guards for sea freight
8. Marking Product grade, standard, dimension, heat number, net weight
