Hot Rolled Stainless Steel SMLS Pipe is manufactured by heating a solid stainless steel billet to approximately 1200°C (2200°F) and then rolling it through a series of mills to form a hollow tube. This high-temperature forming process allows for the production of large diameter, thick wall pipes that cannot be efficiently manufactured through cold drawing methods.
Hot rolled seamless pipes are the backbone of heavy industrial piping systems, offering excellent mechanical properties, uniform wall thickness, and reliable performance in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments. Unlike welded pipes, hot rolled seamless pipes have no longitudinal weld seam, eliminating the risk of weld-related failures in critical applications.
