Low Carbon 304L 316L 317L 321L Stainless Steel Welding Pipe Corrosion Resistance
The Low-Carbon Stainless Steel Pipe is specifically designed for welding applications where resistance to intergranular corrosion is critical. With a maximum carbon content of 0.03% (compared to 0.08% in standard grades), this pipe minimizes the formation of chromium carbides during welding, preventing sensitization and preserving corrosion resistance in the heat-affected zone (HAZ). Manufactured as seamless or welded and subsequently annealed, it offers excellent weldability, consistent mechanical properties, and long-term reliability in corrosive service.
