Product Introduction
Our ASTM A312 TP316L welded stainless steel pipe is produced from premium low-carbon 316L austenitic stainless steel with molybdenum addition for enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Manufactured through precision straight-seam ERW welding technology, each pipe undergoes solution annealing heat treatment at 1040°C to restore optimal corrosion resistance in the weld zone. The low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, making it ideal for as-welded applications in aggressive chemical environments.
