The 2B finish provides a smooth, consistent matte surface that accepts further processing including deep drawing, bending, and welding. As a nickel-lean alternative, 201 offers price stability compared to nickel-dependent 304, making it the preferred choice for high-volume manufacturing where cost control is essential.
