317L Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet 2B Finish Molybdenum Enhanced Corrosion Resistance
317L cold rolled stainless steel sheet contains 3-4% molybdenum, giving it significantly better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion than 304L and 316L in chloride environments. The low carbon content ensures excellent weldability without sensitization.
The 2B finish offers a smooth bright surface, and the grade performs well in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride-containing process streams.
