904L cold rolled stainless steel sheet is a super austenitic grade with high nickel, chromium and molybdenum plus copper addition. It offers outstanding resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
The 2B finish provides a smooth bright surface. With a PREN above 34, 904L is widely used in the most demanding chemical and petrochemical services where standard austenitic grades fail.
