Product Introduction
321 stainless steel heat exchanger tube manufactured to ASTM A249 / A213, with outer diameter 25.4 mm and wall thickness 1.65 mm. Grade 321 is stabilized with titanium to prevent chromium carbide precipitation at high temperatures, providing dependable strength and corrosion resistance for continuous service up to 870°C. The stabilized chemistry prevents sensitization during service above 400°C, making this tube a dependable choice for refinery heaters and high-temperature exchangers.
Every pipe is produced under strict quality control, with full traceability from the raw coil or billet to the finished tube. Mill test certificates, chemical composition reports and mechanical property data are available with every shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged upon request.
