Product Introduction
2205 duplex stainless steel pipe manufactured to ASTM A790 / A928, with outer diameter 114.3 mm and wall thickness 6.02 mm. Duplex 2205 offers nearly double the yield strength of austenitic grades together with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in chloride service. A heavy-wall duplex 2205 pipe combining high strength with chloride resistance, engineered for offshore, desalination and chemical pressure systems.
Every pipe is produced under strict quality control, with full traceability from the raw coil or billet to the finished tube. Mill test certificates, chemical composition reports and mechanical property data are available with every shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged upon request.
