Complete quenching and tempering heat treatment creates gradient hardness structure. The striking end owns high surface hardness to boost wear resistance while the main cylinder body maintains excellent toughness to avoid fracture under long term high frequency impact.
All MB series pistons are processed by full automatic CNC precision lathes to control ultra tight dimensional tolerance, achieving seamless matching with original breaker cylinder without secondary modification during installation. It delivers stable consistent striking force to reduce blank firing vibration and extra abrasion of guide bushing chisel and other internal components.
