42CrMo forged impact piston matched all Daemo Alicon B breakers, converts hydraulic pressure into rock breaking impact force.
Daemo Alicon B series hydraulic breaker piston is the core power transmission part for Daemo B full models from B10 to B450. It turns hydraulic power into continuous striking force, widely used in road maintenance, building demolition and quarry rock crushing matched with various tonnage excavators.
Integrally forged with premium 42CrMo alloy steel and multi-step gradient heat treatment. The striking face gains high hardness to resist long-time friction, while the cylinder fitting rod body maintains strong anti-fracture toughness under frequent cyclic impact.
Outer surface undergoes precision turning and mirror grinding, achieving tight concentric fit with breaker cylinder inner wall. This design cuts sliding friction, reduces hydraulic oil leakage and extends service life of seal kits and guide bushings.
Each finished piston passes raw material inspection, hardness test and cyclic impact fatigue test to reach OEM interchange standard.
