Atlas Copco SB Series Hydraulic Breaker Complete Seal Kits Repair Parts
Atlas Copco SBC series seal kits are full overhaul sealing packages for medium and heavy SBC hydraulic breakers, matching all SBC models from SBC60 to SBC850 for quarry mining and large demolition jobs.
Made of NBR HNBR FKM PU and PTFE composite rubber, the kit covers all sealing positions of piston cylinder front head and nitrogen accumulator. All seals are precision molded with tight tolerance for direct OEM replacement without trimming.
FKM material resists high temperature hydraulic oil erosion while PU seals offer superior wear resistance. PTFE back up rings prevent extrusion rupture under high pressure. The full set eliminates oil leakage, stabilizes striking force and cuts maintenance frequency.
Each batch passes oil aging and pressure tightness tests to reach OEM interchange standard. We hold full stock for all SBC models, supporting retail repair orders and bulk wholesale. Custom combined seal sets are available for global machinery dealers.
