CAT H series rubber buffer and wear plate is elastic shock-absorbing cushion fitted inside the rear cylinder of small, medium and heavy CAT H hydraulic breakers H160 to H410. Unlike metal wear parts, it adopts oil-proof composite rubber to buffer reverse recoil force of high-frequency piston striking, shielding main cylinder, seal kits and rear assemblies from collision damage, widely used in mini excavator landscaping, municipal demolition and large hard rock quarry crushing projects.
Made of high-density PU and fiber-reinforced HNBR rubber via integrated compression molding. This elastic material retains steady rebound performance under long-hour high-temperature hydraulic oil environment, resisting permanent deformation, oil erosion and aging cracking.
