HNBR Rubber CAT H Diaphragm Accumulator Nitrogen Seal For Excavator Rock Breaker

CAT H series rubber accumulator diaphragm fits small, medium and heavy CAT H hydraulic breakers from H160 to H410. Made of elastic composite rubber, it is installed inside the rear nitrogen accumulator to separate high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, storing recoil energy to keep stable striking power. It works well for landscaping, municipal demolition and large quarry rock crushing projects.

Produced with fiber reinforced HNBR and FKM rubber by compression molding. The material has good oil resistance and rebound elasticity, resisting aging, crack and permanent deformation under long continuous working hours. Standard OEM size allows direct replacement without cutting or trimming.

A complete intact diaphragm keeps stable gas pressure, reduces blank firing abrasion of piston, bush and metal parts, and extends the service life of seal kits and other internal components. Each rubber diaphragm passes rebound test and high-temperature oil aging inspection to meet original equipment standards.
