Operation Process
Manual trolley loading with flight bar, jig and product to loading station → Enter product code (bar code, IC card or computer input) → Press "load ready" button → IPC calls technological data and transmits orders to PLC → Traveling crane lifts flight bar → Automated conveyance through processing sequence → Unloading station notification → Manual unloading with "unload ready" button confirmation. All plating process data (temperature, time, current) is stored in IPC for monitoring and reporting.
