Adopting a double-layer frame structure, the LPDS Series Double-Layer Platform Scale is equipped with sensor-integrated lateral limiters, making it ideal for foundation pit installation. It eliminates the need for ramps or cranes—standard forklifts can easily handle loading and unloading tasks with minimal effort. Blind-hole sensors are adopted, which provide better reset performance and higher weighing accuracy compared to through-hole sensors. Featuring a low-platform structural design, the platform is composed of a weighing body and a frame, with the weighing body made of high-quality stainless steel. It is equipped with special coating protection and laser-welded stainless steel sensors that reach an IP68 protection rating, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it comes with a cylinder-head swing-type automatic reset mechanism, and the limiters are one-step formed, requiring no manual adjustment. The junction box is installed in a drawer-type design for convenient access and maintenance.
