The unmanned weighing system uses license plate recognition, RFID cards, QR codes, and IC cards as the basis for vehicle information recognition. It is composed of external devices such as video surveillance, infrared gratings, voice broadcasting, traffic lights, LED screens, barriers, electronic car scales, computers, printers, and anti remote cheating devices to achieve unmanned automatic control of the vehicle weighing process. The system operation is simple and intuitive, and the query and statistical reports are convenient. It realizes the on-demand settlement of measurement work, making the weighing data accurate, reliable, and improving work efficiency and economic benefits.
The system has two operation modes: manual and unmanned. In the unmanned state, automatic printing of weighing and scale sheets can be completed without manual intervention, making it a powerful assistant for modern metrology. Unmanned weighing management achieves accurate measurement while also systematizing the economic losses caused to enterprises by various unauthorized operations by external personnel. In addition, the implementation of the system can greatly reduce the labor intensity of staff and the error rate of manual weighing, upgrade from traditional manual operation to manual management mode, improve the transparency of management processes, and assist in the informatization of enterprise weighing.
