Advanced Oxidation Catalyst M with Large Specific Surface Area High Catalytic Activity and Strong Enrichment Capacity
Catalyst M features a large specific surface area and strong enrichment capacity. The unique manufacturing process utilizes multiple high-efficiency metal oxides as raw materials, resulting in a catalyst with exceptional activity and strong catalytic ability. This technology significantly reduces reaction conditions while improving hydroxyl radical formation.
The oxidant O is supplied by an independent device. The oxidant itself possesses strong oxidation capability, and its utilization efficiency is enhanced through the coordinated action of surface enrichment and catalytic activity.
Ozone (O₃) has a high redox potential of 2.07V, making it a potent oxidizing agent that directly reacts with organic matter in water. The oxygen atoms in ozone molecules are highly reactive, capable of reacting with carbon and hydrogen atoms in organic molecules. This process oxidizes and breaks down large organic molecules into smaller compounds, reducing their toxicity and enhancing biodegradability.
Ozone in water decomposes to produce hydroxyl radicals (*OH). Hydroxyl radicals possess an even higher redox potential (approximately 2.8V) and are highly reactive oxidizing species. They rapidly undergo chain reactions with organic matter, further oxidizing contaminants into harmless substances including carbon dioxide, water, and inorganic ions.
