Stacked Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine Low Vibration Sludge Dewatering Equipment
The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by the mutual stacking of a fixed ring and a moving ring, with a spiral shaft passing through it. After gravity concentration in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section.
As it moves forward, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap and pitch, as well as the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure is generated, and the volume continuously decreases, achieving the goal of full dewatering.

The low-speed screw extrusion technology is employed, with the screw shaft rotating at approximately 2-3 revolutions per minute, resulting in low power consumption. The product range is diverse and comprehensive, offering a complete series of models to suit different processing scales.

Specialized in dewatering oily sludge. Features self-cleaning functionality. Possesses sludge thickening capability, eliminating the need for cleaning to prevent filter clogging and reducing water consumption for rinsing.

Low failure rate, minimal noise and vibration, and safe operation. Compact footprint facilitates maintenance and replacement, with a long service life, lightweight design, and easy portability.

The daily maintenance time is short, and the maintenance operations are simple. Through the electrical control cabinet, it is interconnected with the slurry pump and dosing pump of the dosing machine to achieve 24-hour continuous unmanned operation.
