Product Description
Used LM6000PA Gas Turbine Generator with 42.3 MW Rated Output, 40% Thermal Efficiency, and 59.53 MVA Capacity
Product Overview
The gas turbine generator set is supplied as a complete unit by the American company Stewart & Stevenson. The engine, the LM6000 gas turbine, is provided by GE, with a rated output of 42.3 MW and a thermal efficiency of 40%.
The accompanying generator model is BDAX7-290 ERJ, with a rated capacity of 59.53 MVA, supplied by the British company Brush and featuring air cooling.
There are three waste heat boilers: dual-pressure, non-supplementary combustion, forced-circulation boilers:
- High-pressure parameters: Flow rate 44 t/h, pressure 4.14 MPa (600 PSI), temperature 395°C
- Low-pressure parameters: Flow rate 8.36 t/h, pressure 1.38 MPa (200 PSI), temperature 221°C
One steam turbine is the ABB-made STAL-VAX MP24 model, with a rated power of 341 kW.

Technical Upgrades and Maintenance History
- 2004: Replacement of HPC Grade 1-5 blades (with updated blade material and increased blade clearance; GE SB-143 model)
- 2005: The "oil-to-gas" technological upgrade was implemented, transitioning from single-fuel operation to dual-fuel operation using both fuel oil and natural gas
- 2006: Replacement of the bearing rotor and stator sealing assembly for Gas Turbine No.1 (material changed to GE SB-148)
- 2007: The gas turbine combustion chamber assembly was replaced to resolve the swirl generator friction issue, and an improved G40 combustion chamber assembly (new component PN: L38596G02) was deployed
- 2011: Replacement of the rotating accessory (IGB) in the gas turbine inlet gearbox (Enhanced operational reliability; GE SB-220 model)
- 2012: Replacement of the stator oil seal assembly for Gas Turbine No.3 (material changed to GE SB-254)
- 2014: The three machines underwent NOx emission compliance retrofits, employing water injection technology to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, while simultaneously upgrading the control system (to Woodward MicroNet Plus)
