The waste is fed into the main furnace body where it undergoes complete combustion under high temperature and vortex jets. Following the 3T principle (temperature, time, vortex), the waste is fully gasified, oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in a single process.
The high-temperature exhaust gas enters the secondary combustion chamber and dust collector, where it undergoes further combustion at 1200-1400°C to ensure complete destruction of contaminants. The main furnace body utilizes a water-cooled circulation system to maintain flue gas temperature below 1000°C.
Flue gas then proceeds through the cyclone dust removal system using dry absorption methods to remove heavy metals and small particles. After cyclone dust removal, the gas enters a water curtain spray cooling system to reduce temperature below 300°C.
Finally, the flue gas passes through the bag dust removal system to remove fine dust particles. The up-to-standard gas is introduced into the chimney via the exhaust system and safely discharged into the atmosphere. The resulting ash is removed by the ash removal device, screened, and transferred to landfill.
