Our custom-engineered 600 MW steam turbine diaphragms are core stationary components for large-scale thermal power generating units. Installed inside turbine casings, they hold stationary nozzle blades, separate pressure stages, guide high-temperature & high-pressure steam flow, and convert steam thermal energy into kinetic energy for rotor rotation.

Qualified welding procedures for diaphragm sub-assemblies with stress-relieving heat treatment after welding to eliminate residual stress. Maintains stable radial & axial clearance between diaphragm and rotor, lowering shaft vibration risk.
Comprehensive Quality Assurance System
Each diaphragm undergoes multi-item inspections including non-destructive testing (UT, MT), dimensional accuracy check, blade profile detection and assembly-clearance verification, complying with thermal power equipment industry standards.
