Customized Steam Turbine High-Pressure Outer Cylinder
The high-pressure outer cylinder is the outermost major pressure-containing casing of the steam turbine high-pressure module. It encloses the high-pressure inner cylinder, diaphragm assemblies and rotor stages. During unit operation, it bears severe combined loads of ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure steam, thermal expansion stress, mechanical load and heavy bolt pre-tightening force. Its material performance, structural stiffness and flange sealing directly determine the safety, heat efficiency and service life of the high-pressure turbine section.

Material & Manufacturing Technology
High-temperature creep-resistant turbine-grade cast steel is selected for casting. The complete production workflow includes pattern making, casting, stress-relieving heat treatment, rough machining, multi-procedure non-destructive testing (UT, MT), high-precision CNC finishing, horizontal split flange processing, nozzle connection seat machining and assembly-fit dimensional verification. Strict process control eliminates casting defects such as porosity and inclusions and relieves internal residual stress to ensure stable material performance under harsh high-temperature working conditions.
