BZJ Series Centrifugal Coating Granulator

The solution, suspension, or slurry is sprayed onto the rolling core particles in the centrifugal fluid bed.
This machine integrates master-raising, granulation, and coating into a single system, ensuring precise layered processing and efficient drying for high-quality pellet production.
It features fast granulation speed, high true sphericity of pellets, uniform particle size, a high qualification rate, a low amount of bonded lumps, and high utilization rate of chemicals.
The machine is mainly composed of a centrifugal main unit, a powder feeder, an electrical control cabinet, a blower group, an air heater, a dust collector, and other auxiliary equipment.
